TitanTV's content team in New York City produces a slate of original web shows available to members of the TitanCast Network:
TITAN SHOWBIZ
Comedian and host Grace Randolph gets and gives the lowdown on which TV shows and movies are worth watching. Highlights include: "RevYOU," where real moviegoers give spontaneous opening-day critiques of Hollywood's latest big-screen releases, and "Best TV Tonight," with pithy and fresh recommendations on the best that prime time has to offer every night. Coming in 2008: look-aheads to TV specials and events as well as recaps of the most popular prime time shows.
TITAN GREENS
Need proof that environmentalists have a sense of humor? Well, the evidence is in this slate of shows anchored by "Daily Greens," a lightning-fast look at the day's eco-news, served with a healthy dash of sass from host Liza de Guia. TitanGreens' offerings include: "Planet Police," a narrative mockumentary series about a not-so-dynamic duo who'll stop at (almost) nothing to take down eco-criminals; "Media Mulch," a down and dirty roundup of the coolest and greenest videos, blogs and gizmos you can find online; and "Versus," which busts the myths in a funny fashion on which products and services are the greenest choices for consumers. If only saving the planet were this easy...or this funny.
TITAN LAUGHS
Is this thing on? Definitely. TitanLaughs' assortment of fresh and funny webisodes, shorts and mockumentaries stars subversively side-splitting comedic talents from the worlds of stand-up and improv. Comedian Michael Somerville stars in two new series: "Love, Somerville," in which he offers tongue-in-cheek relationship advice; and "The Reluctant Superhero," in which he is a couch potato too lazy to use his secret powers for the common good. Coming in 2008: the "Young Politicals" mockumentary series that takes on liberals and conservatives alike; and "NewsGroper," where the popular blog (in which anonymous satirists blog as if they were celebrities and newsmakers) comes to life on video. Get ready for a good, gut-busting giggle.
